This project incorporates Building Information Modeling (BIM) for architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing into one model which has provided a large amount of coordination information that can be reviewed by architects and engineers in real time; increasing efficiencies and eliminating conflicts between building systems. An existing urologist office from the late seventies is converted into a modern Ophthalmology practice, with specialized exam rooms, diagnostic room, and an open naturally lit waiting room. The addition to the brick and wood siding building is composite metal panel and a metal drop-off canopy.
