Opened in 1899 this club has went through many additions and renovations. Five additions were completed in this project including: a redesigned ladies grill, men and women’s locker room, cardio theatre, pro shop, and men’s lounge. The additions match the original materials and scale of elements of the existing, while creating new iconography to a historic building. All previous incarnations of the clubbed were modeled separately and documented during demolition and construction in order to present the club with a detailed construction history in record drawings for maintenance and to assist with future projects.
