A study for a possible renovation and addition to an existing assisted living facility. Connected to the existing building by a windowed corridor, the new building’s first floor contains dinning room, hair salon, and community meeting rooms; freeing up the existing dinning room for a physical therapy center and administrative office space. The “C” shaped layout provides for a future long term care addition to form a full courtyard with central controlled access park for residents with Alzheimer’s.
