Three different types of exam rooms were developed in order to reflect the diagnostic and treatment methods of the two physicians in the practice: one being more clinical, while the other is more casual and conversational. This tenant fit takes full advantage of a shell space with windows on the East and West faces of the building. Most rooms have high enough day lighting levels that artificial lighting can be turned of to both save energy and provide a more subdued environment for patients that tend toward light sensitive.
